Prepare this delicious detoxifying water with fast results:

Detox water recipe to lose weight and burn fat!


  • 1 cup of water (12-16 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Stevia


  • Mix ingredients and enjoy!

Note: Dr. Axe recommend to take this detox water 3 times daily, 20 minutes before meals for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, recommends consuming the water 1 time per day before breakfast or lunch.

Apple cider vinegar
