Annie's Way in 10 Minutes: 1. Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. 2. Stir In: pasta, bring to boil. Cook 8-10 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain Pasta: in colander. While pasta is draining - 4. Add: 2 tbsp butter and 1/2 cup lowfat milk to saucepan and melt over low heat. 5. Sprinkle: cheese over milk; stir to combine. 6. Add: cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well. Enjoy! Light Preparation: Prepare as above but eliminate butter (60% less fat and 20% fewer calories per serving). Microwave Option: Pour Annie's Organic Pasta into a 2 quart microwavable bowl. Add 2 cups water. Microwave on high uncovered for 7-1/2 minutes (Microwave directions based on 1200W microwave, your microwave may vary.). Stir. Caution: Bowl will be hot. Continue cooking on high 7-1/2 minutes longer. Remove from microwave and drain. Add 1/2 cup lowfat milk, 2 tbsp butter and Annie's Cheese. Stir well. Keep in a cool, dry place.
