Step-by-step recipe for Arora Creations Punjabi Chhole (cho-ley). You Will Need: 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 diced plum tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped ginger, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped onion, optional chopped green chilies, 3 cups boiled chick peas or 30 oz canned chick peas drained and rinsed. Heat oil in a pan over Medium Heat for 1 minute. Add ginger, 1/4 cup chopped onions, 1 tomato, green chili, and let simmer for 1 minute. Add chick peas and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes. Then, add Arora Creations Punjabi Chhole Spice Blend and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes. For milder Chhole, use 1/2 of spice blend to start, add more until desired taste. HINT: Add 1/2 cup of water to mixture for extra sauce.
