B-V Broth Beverage : 1 Serving: Dissolve 1 teaspoon B-V in 1 cup boiling water. B-V Au Jus or Natural Gravy: Dissolve 1 teaspoon B-V in 1/2 cup boiling water. Pan drippings may be added if desired. Pour on B-V to enhance pot roast, stew or ground beef recipes. Add 1 tsp B-V To accent bland gravy mixes and add extra tang to barbeque sauce. Dissolve 2 tbsp B-V in 3 tbsp boiling water for quick basting sauce. The quantities of B-V listed in these recipes are suggested amounts only.
