1. Allowing 2.5 tablespoons (1 oz) per person egg barley are roasted golden brown in butter or margarine. 2. Add salt and hot water to cover. Steam under cover till the barley are soft. Add water in small portions, if necessary. Let water evaporate so that each barley stands apart. Season to taste before serving. As an addition to coups, use as you would noodles or rice. 3. Drain and flush the Babjak pasta then add a little oil to it. Good appetite!
