Do not cook in pouch. Cooking Instructions: Pour desired amount of Bartenura gnocchi into 4 qts rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil 3-4 minutes or until gnocchi float to top. Stir occasionally. Drain. Remaining uncooked gnocchi should be sealed in a plastic bag and placed in freezer. Serving Suggestion: Combine one large can of tomato puree with 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper in a heavy saucepan. Add entire package of Bartenura gnocchi. Cook over medium flame for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup olive oil. Season with basil, oregano, garlic and onion to taste.
