All natural. No additives. An authentic Italian tradition. 100% all natural. Certified organic. Made from organic durum wheat. USDA organic. Bella Terra - Italian for Beautiful Earth. A recipe unchanged by time, completed by nature. Since 1820, nestled in a seaside village near Naples, Italy, making pasta continues to be a way of life. A process using only natural ingredients - hard amber durum wheat and pure spring water. This is why our Bella Terra line of organic products makes sense for the health of your family. Based on the same time honored methods of the villagers long ago, small batches of wheat are gently rolled and slowly dried, but updated to follow strict organic methods. Following the California Foods Act of 1990, and certified organic in Italy, only the pure and natural elements of the earth's yield are cultivated and harvested - no additives, preservatives, insecticides or pesticides, promoting an ecologically sound system while ensuring a healthy environment for future generations. The villagers set the standard for Rocconto pasta, Bella Terra perfects it - naturally. Organically grown and processed in accordance with the California Organic Foods Act of 1990 and National Organic Program. Each time you enjoy any of these all natural, organic products, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Mugnoto Scholarship and Children's Foundation.
