Shopping list - just add: 1/2 lb beef steak - thinly sliced; 2/3 cup broccoli florets; 1 medium red onion - sliced. Recipe Suggestion: Broccoli Beef. Serves 2. Method: 1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the beef strips, stir fry for 2 minutes. 2. Add the broccoli florets and onion and stir fry for a further minute. 3. Pour over the sauce and heat through. Serve with noodles or rice. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
