Shopping list - just add: 1/2 lb chicken breast - thinly sliced; 1 medium onion - sliced; 1/2 red pepper - sliced; 1/2 cup snow peas. Recipe Suggestion: Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry. Serves 2. Method: 1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add the vegetables and fry for a further minute. 3. Pour over the sauce and heat through.
