Yield: Sauce for one pound fish fillets. 1) Saute 3 tablespoons butter or margarine over low heat until brown and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in seasoning mix. Allow to set for one minute. 2) Fry, bake/grill or poach fish or chicken, then spoon the mixture over the cooked product. Bake at high heat 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for one or two minutes to toast almonds. Do not place under broiler/grill as herbs will burn. Other Items Required: 3 tablespoons butter or margarine. Microwave Directions: 1) Melt 3 tbsp butter or margarine until butter is brown and bubbly. Remove from oven; stir in seasoning mix, allow to set for one minute. 2) Microwave, fry, or poach fish or chicken, then spoon the seasoning mixture over the cooked product. Microwave on high setting for one to 2 minutes to toast almonds. Tip: Prepare fish last so as to serve just at the moment of doneness. If necessary, keep fish warm in a 200 degrees F (90 degrees C) oven until serving.
