You Will Need: Egg: 1; milk or buttermilk: 1 cup; butter/margarine: 2 tablespoons melted. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C - Gas Mark 7). 2. Combine mix and ingredients above; stir thoroughly. 3. Pour batter into a well oiled 8 inch baking pan, iron skillet, corn stick mold or muffin tin. If desired, non stick cooking spray may be used. 4. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. 15 - 20 minutes for corn sticks/muffins. Immediately remove baked bread from pan, serve and enjoy. Add your choice of any of the following: broccoli, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, corn , cheese, grilled shrimp/crawfish/chicken, cooked ground beef or sausage.
