Refrigerate after opening. Here Are a Few of Our Winning Secrets: Remove skin from ribs and marinate in your own special blend of seasonings and refrigerate overnight. Prepare your smoker with genuine hickory wood or chips. The smoker should be heated to 250 degrees. Place your ribs skin side down on grill and let them cook very slowly for the first 40 minutes before you start to turn them. Constantly turn them at the point to keep the internal temperature under 300 degrees. Robinson's No. 1 Ribs are slowly cooked all the way and no par boiling is needed. Keep the meat high enough away from the coals to prevent burning and turn often for cooking. When the meat can be separated from the bone the way you prefer and the ribs are 98 percent done, then its time for Robinson's No. 1 Barbecue Sauce.
