Frying: 1. Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or electric skillet or fry pan to 375 degrees F. Oil level should be sufficient to cover food. 2. Stir thoroughly, 3/4 cup of Frying & Baking mix with about 1 cup of water and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir again. 3. Coat foods with batter and let excess drain. Fry & Enjoy! For hard to coat foods, such as onion rings, eggplant and zucchini, dry coat with Frying & Baking mix, and then follow cooking instructions. Baking: Try our crispy baked chicken recipe. (6 pieces of boneless chicken breast cut into strips or nuggets). 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Spread crushed gluten-free crumbs on wax paper or plate. (Use 1 cup gluten-free Doritos, Rice Chex, or Corn Flakes). 3. Stir thoroughly, 3/4 cup of Frying & Baking mix with about 1 cup of water and let stand 5 minutes. Stir again. 4. Coat chicken with batter and let excess drain. Next, coat with crumbs, pressing crumbs on the entire surface of chicken. Place coated chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet. 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
