Shake well before using. For cooking only. Cooking Fajitas: Place fajita meat (beef skirt meat) in a shallow pan, pour fajita sauce over meat (2 ounces per pound) and marinate for at least one hour. Remove from marinade and grill whole pieces until done. Remove from grill, slice across the grain in thin long slices. In a hot buttered skillet, saute sliced bell peppers, onion wedges and sliced meat. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve on flour or corn tortillas.
