Cook 12 ounces of this package in 5 quarts of rapidly boiling water (salted if desired) in an uncovered pot 8 to 10 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached. Drain and serve. Noodles which will be cooked again in soups or in casseroles should not be boiled more than 8 minutes. Serve nutritious Columbia egg noodles to accompany your favorite stew or goulash. Sprinkle buttered egg noodles with chopped chives, sauteed bread cubes or poppy seeds to make a different and delicious side dish. Fine noodles add zest to your favorite soups.
