Ready in about 30 minutes. Step 1: Pour into bowl salmon patty mix. Step 2: Add 1/4 cup water. Step 3: Add 2 eggs. Step 4: Add 12-15 oz canned salmon, drained. Step 5: Mix by hand until salmon pieces broken & blended. Step 6: Form into 4 patties. Step 7: Medium 10 mins, flipping every 2 mins (add 1 tbsp olive oil to skillet if non-stick is not available). Made Your Way: Add 1/4 c low-fat mayo to patty mix. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Top with fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Shopping List: 12-15 oz wild salmon (canned or fresh), 2 eggs.
