Shopping List: 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, 1 lb ground turkey, 1 cup dark beer. Optional Toppings: hot sauce, chopped scallions, cheddar cheese. Variations: huevos rancheros. Cowboy Chili: Ready in about 30 minutes. Step 1: Option: 1 lb ground turkey browned 8 mins in pot before continuing. Step 2: Pour into pot cowboy chili mix. Step 3: Add 2-3/4 cups water. Option: 1 cup dark beer (beer may not be gluten free) with 1-3/4 cups water. Step 4: Add 14.5 oz diced tomatoes. Step 5: Heat on high until boil. Step 6: Med-low, simmer 25 mins or until beans are tender. Made Your Way: Add up to 1 cup water to taste. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
