Cooking: 1. Add tortellini and a pinch of salt to rapidly boiling water. 2. Boil for 13-14 minutes, or until al dente, stirring occasionally. 3. At the end of cooking, leave for about 2 minutes, then drain in colander. 4. Serve with your favorite sauce. Serving Suggestion: Hot with knob of butter and grated parmesan cheese.
