Basic: 1. To 2-1/2 qt of boiling water, add contents of Soup Mix (small envelope). 2. Break two eggs in a separate bowl. 3. To the eggs, add 1/3 cup cooking oil. Mix oil and eggs with a fork. Do not whip. 4. Add contents of Matzoh Ball Mix (large bag) to the oil and eggs. Mix well. 5. Let mixture stand for 15 minutes. With wet or oily hands, form small balls the size of walnuts. 6. To the boiling soup - add matzoh balls. With cover on pot, cook for 20 minutes on a low flame. Serving Suggestions: For a delicious side dish prepare matzoh balls as directed. Remove matzoh balls from soup and let stand until cool. Then deep fry or pan fry until golden brown. Serve piping hot.
