1. Empty contents of one envelope into saucepan. Add 4 cups (1 quart) of cold water and stir. 2. Heat and stir frequently until soup comes to a boil. Then simmer for one minute. 3. Gradually add 1 well beaten egg to boiling soup. Stir soup rapidly with a fork while adding egg. Makes 5 servings.
