1. Bring 5 quarts of water (per 1 lb of pasta) to a boil and add salt if desired. 2. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally for firm al dente pasta (vary cooking time for desired consistency). 3. Drain immediately and serve with your favorite DeLallo organic pasta sauce.
