Cooking: 1. Boil 5 quarts of water in a large pot. Add approx. 3 tbsp salt. 2. Remove gnocchi from pouch and add to boiling water. 3. Boil for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until all the gnocchi float to the top. 4. Drain in a colander, and serve with your favorite DeLallo sauce. Refrigerate after opening.
