You will need: 2 fresh eggs, 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter, butter for paper baking cups. Preparation time: 5 minutes + baking time: 13 minutes + cooling time: 5 minutes = total: 23 minutes. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease 4 paper cups well with butter. Do not use non-stick cooking spray. 2. Empty contents of the pouch into medium mixing bowl. Add fresh eggs and melted butter. 3. Beat with electric mixer at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl often during mixing. 4. Pour batter evenly into prepared cups, about 3/4 full. 5 Place filled cups on oven proof glass baking dish; bake on center oven rack for 13 minutes or until edges are cooked and center is still liquid. Do not open oven during baking. 6. Place oven proof glass baking dish on cooling rack and let stand for 5 minutes. 7. Loosen the cake from the side of the cup with a knife. Carefully unmold by placing a plate over the top of the cake and invert. Serve warm.
