You Will Need: 2 egg yolks, 1/3 cup cold water & 2 cup boiling water, 1 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup sugar (for the meringue prep). 1. Mix it up! Mix 2 slightly beaten fresh egg yolks & cold water with mix. Add boiling water. 2. Cook it! Cook over medium heat & stir constantly. When bubbles first break the surface, continue to boil & stir in butter. 3. Cool & Pour it! Cool 5 min., stirring twice. Pour into baked, cooled 9 inch pie shell. Note: Meringue Topping: You will need 2 eggs & 1/4 cup sugar. Beat 2 fresh egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form top pie with meringue & bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until golden, about 12 min. Cool before serving.
