Cooking: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt with 8 oz's of pasta. Bring the water back to a boil and cook for 11-13 minutes or until the pasta has reached the desired texture. Rinse tire cooked pasta with cold water. Drain well. Our pasta an be served hot or cold with any of your favorite recipes. Store in a cool and dry place.
