Cooking: Boil 8 cups (2 lt) of water, add spaghetti and simmer gently for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through. Rinse under cold water. For the sauce, pour the first 5 ingredients into a pot and bring to boil. For the peppers, heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and add peppers and stir. Serve hot topped with grated parmesan cheese. Store in a cool, dry place.
