Traditional near eastern salad mix. Made with organic bulgur wheat. Never ending discovery. The world's only cross-continental city, Istanbul, straddles the straight where Europe and Asia meet. Onetime capital to both the roman Byzantine and Anatolian Ottoman Empires, Istanbul's culinary traditions likewise Span cultures. A native contribution to the cuisine was bulgur wheat, the basis for tabouli salad. Our quick mix is traditionally seasoned with lemon, rosemary, and mint. We love to hear your feedback!
