You Will Need: 1 box Firenza Corn Bread Mix; 1 cup milk; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup oil or melted butter. Baking: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. While oven is pre-heating, grease 8 inch x 8 inch baking pan. 2. Blend milk, eggs, oil and mix together in a large bowl. Stir until moistened, about 30 seconds. 3. Empty batter into greased baking pan. 4. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let bread cool before serving. Recipe Variations: Reduce milk to 3/4 cup (6 oz) and blend ingredients together as directed above. Stir in 3/4 cup whole kernel corn and bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Reduce milk to 1/2 cup (4 oz) and blend ingredients together as directed above. Stir in 3/4 cup creamed corn and bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Serving Suggestions: Standard Muffins: Prepare as above. Spoon batter into 12 standard muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 17-22 minutes. High Altitude: Add 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour at step 2 of baking instructions above.
