Quick Recipe: Serves 4. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 pouch Frontera Mexico City Peanut Mole Simmer Sauce. 1. Season chicken with salt. Heat 1 tbs. oil in skillet over Medium-High. Brown chicken on both sides. 2. Add sauce. Cover pan; simmer on Low until cooked, about 15 min. Variation: Use chicken thighs or bone-in breasts; increase cooking by 5 to 10 min.
