To Prepare: For firm fish, place Cajun Fish Fry Mix in a bag; for delicate fish place Cajun Fish Fry Mix in a shallow pan. Cut fish to desired size. Moisten fish or seafood. Place in bag and shake or place in pan and roll until covered. To Fry: Brown each side evenly in 360 degrees to 375 degrees cooking oil until done. To Oven Bake: Place food in a single layer in a well greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees until done. For an extra krispy krunch, use oil for the above moistening step and bake at 425 degrees. Cooking time will vary with size of pieces. When finished cooking, allow food to cool to a safe temperature before touching or eating. Discard uncooked Cajun Fish Fry Mix remaining in bag or pan. For a typical Cajun dinner, serve with red beans and rice.
