Your bite of the big sky. Non-GMO. Good source of protein. All natural. Whole grain. What's an oat groat? This is the whole seed of the oat plant-just as it comes out of the field at harvest. Our pure oat groats are naturally gluten-free and a wonderful low-glycemic replacement for wild rice and brown rice in most recipes. This ancient whole grain is also a great source of fiber and protein. Up to 22% protein compared to 13% in many other oat varieties. They're fun to say. Go ahead, try to say Oat Groat without smiling. Be sure to visit our website for more of our oat groat recipes: GMO free. Gluten-free tested. My daughter and I have been completely gluten-free since 2005 when we were diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an autoimmune condition requiring a lifetime commitment to a gluten-free diet. Our journey to find healthy gluten-free options led us to a new variety of gluten-free oat grown in Southwest Montana, USA, and Gluten-Free Prairie was born. We are family owned and operated and built on the foundation of the American Dream that anything is possible. Thanks for stopping by today. - Deb Wheaton.
