On the Stove: 1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups water or broth to boil (Add 1 tbsp tub margarine and 1 tsp salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired. For drier rice, use 1/4 cup less water. For moister rice, use 1/4 cup more water.). 2. Stir in 1 cup rice. 3. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until all water or broth is absorbed.
