Cooking: 1. Bring 7 cups (56 oz) of water to a boil. 2. Add one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes. 3. Whisk in soup mix. Stir frequently to avoid possible overflow. 4. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes. Soup should bubble during cooking. Stir occasionally. 5. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy.
