Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using. Miso Soup: 1. Mix 1 level tbsp miso into 3/4 cup hot water. 2. Add tofu scallions, wakame and serve. Miso Dressing: Mix with any French dressing. Make your original taste! Miso Marinated Fish: 3/4 cup Minute Miso; 8 tbsp sugar; 5 tbsp sake or white wine; 5 tbsp mirin. Mix ingredients and soak fish 1-3 days. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 15-20 minutes.
