1 lb meat, poultry or seafood + 1 (8 oz) pouch House of Tsang Simmering Sauce. When adding vegetables, in large skillet heat small amount of oil; add 2 cups of your favorite vegetables. Stir-fry vegetables until they are crisp-tender. Set aside and keep warm. Proceed with meat preparation. Stir-fry meat, poultry or seafood in small amount of oil until thoroughly cooked. Drain any excess juices from meat. Add 1 pouch (8 oz) of sauce to meat. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Stir in vegetables, if desired. Serve over your favorite rice or noodles. Enjoy! Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.
