Chef Jeff Suggests - For Baking: Choose your favorite Chef Jeff Panko Bread Flakes flavor. Mix together with a small amount of vegetable oil. Sprinkle on top of your casserole or ziti. Coat fish filets or chicken cutlets with a little bit of oil. Press one side into Chef Jeff's Panko and bake at 350 degrees F with the crust side up, until cooked through.
