Preparation: 1. Put desired number of dumplings into a large saucepan and cover completely with cold lightly salted water. Let dumplings soak in the cooking bags for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. 2. Bring the water to rapid boil, boil the dumplings for about 2 min, reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. 3. Remove dumplings. Rinse briefly under cold water. 4. Tear open cooking bags or open with scissors. Serve.
