Preparation: 1. Stir contents of package into 3-1/5 cups (0.75 lt) of cold water. Stir well by using a wire whisk. 2. Let mixture stand for 10 minutes to thicken. 3. Moisten hands with cold water and form the mixture to 12 dumplings. If desired place croutons into the center of dumplings. Put dumplings into an ample amount of lightly salted boiling water and let them boil again for a short time. 4. Cook at low heat for 20 minutes, uncovered.
