1 package Kikkoman Seasoning Mix for Mongolian Beef; 3 tbsp vegetable oil, divided; 3/4 pound flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain; 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced; 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper; 4 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths; 1 teaspoon sesame seed, toasted. Dissolve mix in 1/4 cup water; set aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat; add meat. Stir-fry 2 minutes; remove. Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil in same pan. Add onion and bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute. Add green onions; stir-fry 1 minute longer. Stir in meat and seasoning mixture. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens and all pieces are coated with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Makes 3 servings.
