You Will Need: 1 cup water. Tip! Stir in 1 peeled, chopped apple for extra flavor. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease pan or line muffin pan with paper baking cups. 2. Stir together water and muffin mix until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. For loaf, spread batter into prepared loaf pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container. Yield: 20 Mini Muffins: Temperature: 400 degrees F; Bake Time: 10-12 minutes. Yield: 9 Standard Muffins: Temperature: 400 degrees F; Bake Time: 16-18 minutes. Yield: 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2-inch Loaf Pan: Temperature: 350 degrees F; Bake Time: 40-45 minutes.
