Store in a cool dry place. Buffalo Chicken Chili Preparation: 1 packet Laurie's Kitchen Gluten Free Buffalo Chicken Chili Mix; 3 cups water; 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (do not drain); 1 cup cooked, diced chicken; 2 tbsp butter or margarine. In a large pot, whisk together water and chili mix. Add diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often. Stir in chicken and butter. Continue cooking 5 minutes (or until beans and vegetables are tender), stirring frequently. For a variety, add hot sauce to taste and 2 tbsp sour cream before serving. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped bacon. Slow cooker can be used following the same directions. Add chicken and butter with the other ingredients, Cook 4-6 hours on high setting or 8-10 hours on low setting.
