Store in a cool dry place. White Bean Chili Preparation: 1 packet Laurie's Kitchen Gluten Free White Bean Chili Mix; 4 cups water; 2 cups cooked, diced chicken. In a large pot, whisk together the chili mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often. Add chicken and continue cooking 5 minutes (or until beans and vegetables are tender), stirring frequently. For variety, add diced green chilies and 1 can white corn (drained). Slow cooker can be used following the same directions. Simply add chicken to the water and chili mix. Cook 4-6 hours on high setting or 8-10 hours on low setting.
