Chicken Parmesan Truffle Preparation: 1 box Laurie's Kitchen Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan Truffle; 1 lb chicken tenders (cut into 1 inch pieces); 2 tsp vegetable oil; 3/4 cup heavy cream; 1 cup broccoli florets; 1 cup mushrooms (sliced thin); 3/4 cup water. Pasta: In a 2 qt. saucepan, bring water to a boil, add pasta and bring back to a boil. Cook 12-14 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain pasta and set aside. While pasta is cooking, prepare entree. Entree: Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and brown on each side for approximately 2 minutes. Stir in vegetables. Add heavy cream, water and seasoning; stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring often. Add pasta and toss to coat.
