All You Need: 1 tbsp. oil; 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips; 3/4 cup water; 8 taco shells or tortillas, warmed; your favorite taco toppings. Makes 8 Tacos: 1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil and cook chicken over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. 2. Stir in Spices & Seasonings and water. 3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 4. Serve in shells with taco toppings.
