All You Need: 2/3 cup water; 1 to 2-1/2 lbs. round steak. Makes 2/3 cup Marinade: 1. In small bowl, combine Spices & Seasonings and water. 2. In nonaluminum baking dish or resealable plastic bag, arrange steak. Pour marinade over steak; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes. 3. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Cook steak to desired doneness. Wine Marinade: Decrease water to 1/3 cup and add 1/3 cup dry red wine. Continue preparing as directed.
