Stir-fry chicken in 1-2 tbsp oil until almost done. Add celery, carrot and Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken. Stir well in Low heat for about 1 minute until chicken is done. Store in cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
