We have retained its simplicity and original, natural ingredients - Swedish whole grain rye flour, fresh water from our own spring, yeast and a pinch of salt. Nothing more, nothing less. Our crispbread is made from 100% whole grain rye flour, using the rye grain and the husk in the baking process. The husk, the outer layer, is packed with healthy fiber, and the crispbread contains 16% fiber, vitamins and minerals. The classic Swedish way to enjoy crispbread is to spread it with butter and top with a thin slice of cheese, but cream cheese with a little piece of ham and a slice of tomato tastes just as good, or then there's egg, salami, avocado - or why not try them all and decide which one you like best? One last thing, our rye has earned the Swedish quality assurance symbol - Svenskt Sigill.
