Matzo Ball Cooking: Makes approximately 12 1-inch matzo balls. 1. Blend 2 eggs and 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a bowl. Add 1 packet of Lipton Matzo ball mix and stir with a fork until evenly combined. 2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 3. Bring to a boil 2.5 quarts (10 cups) of soup or boiling water and 2 tsp salt. 4. Wet hands and form batter into balls approximately 1-inch in diameter. 5. Carefully place the balls into the boiling soup. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
