Frying: 3 simple steps. 1. Stir Louisiana Fish Fry Beer Batter Mix and 1 cup beer or club soda in medium bowl, whip until smooth. 2. Dip fish into Louisiana Fish Fry Beer Batter and coat evenly, shake off excess better. 3. Deep fry fish at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes until gold brown. Enjoy! Coats approximately 3 lbs of fish.
