3 Easy Steps: 1. Melt 5 tbsp butter or margarine in sauce pan. Add mix. Stir over low heat until medium brown. 2. Add 2 cups water and 1 lb peeled crawfish tails or shrimp. Cover and bring to a boil. Stir often. 3. After mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy! Also great served over pasta. Variations: Instead of crawfish or shrimp, try our Etouffee mix using pre-cooked diced chicken, turkey or venison.
